Swabees Refund and Returns Policy

At Swabees, we take great pride in offering high-quality honey and bee-derived products. Your satisfaction matters to us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains when and how you can request a refund or replacement.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Perishable Goods – No Returns on Opened Items

Due to the nature of our products (including raw honey, beeswax, propolis, royal jelly, and other bee-derived goods), we do not accept returns on any opened or used items, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps ensure product quality and safety for all our customers.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)
  • Defective (spoiled, leaking, or otherwise unusable)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess your request and, if approved, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement at no extra charge
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 01507481147.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it meets the criteria under Section 2.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. While we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather events, we will do our best to help.
